Mit der TubeTec-Technologie stellen wir Ihnen eine innovative L\u00f6sung f\u00fcr den automatischen Brandschutz von Maschinen und technischen Einrichtungen zur Verf\u00fcgung.
\nTubeTec-Systeme sind Objektschutzl\u00f6schsysteme, bei denen eine pneumatisch-thermische Branddetektion eingesetzt wird. Dazu wird ein speziell entwickelter Sensorschlauch in dem zu sch\u00fctzenden Objekt so verlegt, dass er im Fall eines Brandes durch Temperaturerh\u00f6hung aufplatzt.
\nDer damit verbundene Druckabfall wird zur pneumatischen Steuerung der L\u00f6schanlage und zur Alarmierung genutzt.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/p><\/div>\n\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Im Brandfall platzt der Sensorschlauch an der Stelle mit der h\u00f6chsten Temperatureinwirkung, also ganz nah am Brandherd. Der Sensorschlauch wirkt bei diesem Dauerdrucksystem gleichzeitig als L\u00f6schmittelleitung, so dass das L\u00f6schmittel unmittelbar am Brandherd ausstr\u00f6mt.<\/p>\n

Dieses System ist bevorzugt f\u00fcr sehr kleine Objekte mit L\u00f6schgas einzusetzen.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/p><\/div><\/div>

INDIREKTES L\u00d6SCHSYSTEM<\/h3>

Der Sensorschlauch platzt wie beim direkten System an der Stelle mit der h\u00f6chsten Temperatureinwirkung. Der durch das ausstr\u00f6mende Gas eintretende Druckverlust f\u00fchrt in dem TubeTec-Ventil jedoch zu einem Schaltvorgang, wodurch der Weg f\u00fcr das L\u00f6schmittel \u00fcber eine separate L\u00f6schmittelleitung und D\u00fcsen freigegeben wird.<\/p>\n

Dieses System ist als Dauerdrucksystem f\u00fcr alle L\u00f6schmittel geeignet. Es ist bei kleinen und mittleren Objektgr\u00f6\u00dfen f\u00fcr alle L\u00f6schmittel, bei gro\u00dfen Objekten nur f\u00fcr L\u00f6schgase geeignet.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/p><\/div><\/div>

Der Funktionsmechanismus entspricht dem des indirekten L\u00f6schsystems, wobei jedoch das Gas nicht als L\u00f6schgas sondern als Treibgas in einen drucklosen L\u00f6schmittelbeh\u00e4lter einstr\u00f6mt, so dass das dort gespeicherte L\u00f6schmittel \u00fcber eine L\u00f6schmittelleitung und D\u00fcsen auf den Brandherd ausgebracht werden kann.<\/p>\n

Dieses System ist als Auflade-L\u00f6schsystem f\u00fcr mittlere und gro\u00dfe Objekte mit L\u00f6schpulver oder fl\u00fcssigen L\u00f6schmitteln geeignet.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/p><\/div><\/div>
